We've tried to keep this Founding Partner opportunity as simple and flexible as possible. Here are the answers to some of the questions you may have.
Do I need to know who will receive my licences before I buy?
No. Whether you choose 30, 100, 300 or 1,000 licences, you don't need to decide who receives them today. Your unused licences remain in your licence bank and you have 36 months from purchase to allocate them as and when you choose.
Can I use some licences now and save the rest for later?
Absolutely. You can allocate your licences gradually over the 36-month allocation window. Use some immediately and keep the rest in your licence bank until you're ready for them.
Can I try Harmony Flow myself before buying a licence allocation?
Absolutely. At the time of writing, we still have 46 Lifetime Founding Member places available, giving you your own personal lifetime access to Harmony Flow.
If you'd prefer to experience Harmony Flow yourself before deciding whether to purchase a commercial licence allocation, you can secure one of these remaining Founding Member places first.
And importantly, if you then go on to purchase any of the multi-user licence allocations offered on this page, we'll refund in full what you paid for your personal Harmony Flow Founding Member access.
How does the 10% Early Action Bonus work?
If you secure any Founding Partner allocation before the 24-Hour Early Action Bonus countdown reaches zero, we'll automatically add 10% extra licences to your licence bank at no additional cost.
There's no code to enter and nothing else you need to do. A 30-licence allocation becomes 33 licences, 100 becomes 110, 300 becomes 330, and 1,000 becomes 1,100.
To qualify for the bonus, your order must be successfully completed before the countdown reaches zero — 12:00 noon (London time) on Friday, 4 September.
If your order is completed before that time, your extra 10% of licences will be added automatically — there's nothing else you need to do.
When does each person's 12 months of access begin?
Only when their individual licence is activated. Buying your licence bank today does not start the 12-month access period for everyone in your allocation.
Can I sell Harmony Flow access at my own price?
Yes. If you choose to resell your licences, you decide the price you charge your customers. There is no fixed resale price, so you can set a price that makes sense for your audience, service or business.
Do I have to sell the licences?
Not at all. You can sell them, include Harmony Flow within a service you already provide, use them with teams or clients, or simply share them with friends, family or communities you care about.
Can I buy more than one licence allocation?
Yes. If you want a larger licence bank, you can purchase more than one allocation. For example, two 1,000-user allocations would give you 2,000 licences to allocate.
What happens when someone's 12 months access ends?
Their Harmony Flow access ends at the end of their 12-month licence period. If they wish to continue, they can then arrange ongoing access directly with Brainwave Research UK.
How do people receive access?
When you're ready to allocate a licence, simply provide us with the user's name and email address and we'll arrange their Harmony Flow access. That's all we need to get them started.
What devices can people use Harmony Flow on?
Harmony Flow is currently provided through our mobile app for iOS and Android, allowing users to access their sessions from compatible smartphones and tablets.
Can I use Harmony Flow within my existing business or service?
Yes. You can include licences within coaching, consulting, wellbeing programmes, memberships, employee support or other appropriate services you already provide.
Can I advertise Harmony Flow?
Yes, you can promote your own offer or service that includes Harmony Flow. However, partners may not bid on Harmony Flow or related Brainwave Research UK brand terms as paid-search advertising keywords.
What if I discover a much larger opportunity?
Your Founding Partner allocation is designed to let you get started. If using it later opens the door to a significantly larger organisational opportunity, speak to us and we'll explore how we can support that opportunity with you.
Is this the normal Harmony Flow commercial pricing?
No. These are special Founding Partner licence rates being made available as part of this limited release to our existing community. They should not be taken as an indication of future commercial or retail pricing.
